| Release Date Release Date is the date on which the company releases the restricted stock and any Dividend Equivalents and/or Dividend Reinvestments associated with the underlying restricted stock. Dividend Equivalents and/or Cash-in-Lieu (the conversion of any fractional Dividend Reinvestments to cash) are used to reduce the amount you need to pay to your company for the taxes due at the time of the release. |
