| Market Value of Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Options (long) The Market Value of Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Options (long) represents the value of all shares of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and options held "long" in your account. Long shares are shares you actually own. The market value is determined by using the market price for each security as of previous day's market close. If the "Show Real-Time" button is clicked, the market value shown will be determined by using current, real-time market prices for both long and short securities in your account, except Bonds.
