| Released Dividend Shares Released Dividend Shares represents the number of shares the company distributes to you from the Dividend Reinvestments accumulated for a given vest period. Released dividend shares will always be a whole number and any fractional shares will be converted to cash (Cash-in-Lieu) using the market value on the Release Date for the underlying restricted stock. Released dividend shares will be combined with the underling restricted stock shares released for the corresponding vest period. |
