Shares Achieved
Understand what Shares Achieved mean

When shares are achieved under your PSA or PSU grant, it means that the performance goal(s) applicable to the granted shares or units has been met. Based on your grant, you may potentially achieve at an amount greater than or less than the shares granted for each performance goal.

When you have met the requirements, the shares are considered achieved, and will be displayed. This does not necessarily mean that these are the shares that will vest on the expected vest date.
