Security Code
When you open a bank account we send you a Security Code via email and/or regular mail. The Security Code is a unique security feature that provides an extra level of security to protect your information and accounts. You need this Security Code in order to activate your account for online access.

Note:
This is a one-time process and once you activate your account for online access any future bank accounts opened will automatically be activated for online access.

Additionally, customers with bank and brokerage accounts can use their Security Code to activate access to all their accounts under the same user name. Once activated, you will be able to view your bank and brokerage accounts at the same time on the Accounts Combo page and transfer money between eligible bank and brokerage accounts.
