  What is...?
Total Estimated Exercise Cost
This is an estimate of the total costs you incur when you exercise your stock option. It is calculated by multiplying your grant price?the price you pay for the shares of stock underlying your option (or, under a restricted stock plan, the price-per-share)?by the number of stock options you are exercising.

The total estimated exercise cost does not include tax withholding or any fees or commissions that may apply.
