| Goal Status Understand what Goal Status means There are three statuses for a Performance Goal: In Progress - The performance period for this goal is not yet complete.Achieved - The performance period for the goal has been met, however the vesting/ cancellation of shares will occur at a later date. Complete - The performance period for this goal has been met and shares have either vested or cancelled based on the performance of the goal. |
